Situated within walking distance of rapid transit, the University of Ottawa, and a range of urban amenities, the project supports sustainable, car-free living in a highly walkable setting. The buildings are oriented to enhance the public realm, with pedestrian-friendly frontages and landscaping that reinforces the character of Besserer Street.
